Testimonials

IPSA

"We were very pleased with the group coaching session delivered by Lara. She created a safe and structured space for participants to explore their goals, share openly, and develop clear, individual action plans. The session was well-received and aligned perfectly with our objectives for the group’s development. Excellent service. "

“Lara ran a brilliant team coaching session for us, which made us look away from our emails for the day and collectively focus on the bigger picture.  Afterwards, I felt like I knew a lot more about my colleagues, and we came up with some great ideas for how to move forward with our collective priorities during the year.  From her previous role in the House of Commons, Lara has an in-depth knowledge of the pressures and challenges facing MPs’ offices, so she’s excellently placed to know exactly what questions to ask in a group session.  Having an independent person ask the team for their input subtly shifted the dynamic, and we found that having the constituency and Westminster teams in the same room with the MP generated some fantastic ideas.”

“I knew Lara from when she worked at the House of Commons and thought her direct and upbeat style would be perfect for a Team Away Day. Lara created a welcoming and inclusive environment that encouraged everyone to participate which resulted in a productive and practical session. It made all the difference that she had such a relevant background and first hand knowledge of our work.”
